Title IX Coordinator Compliance Certification (K-12)

Your Policy Can Be Current. The Situation in Front of You Rarely Is.

Title IX keeps shifting, and a policy update alone won't carry you through the next report that lands on your desk. The 2020 regulations have been reinstated, and new federal directives are reshaping how districts handle harassment, gender identity, athletics, and pregnancy protections.

This four-session certification gives K-12 Title IX Coordinators and administrators a defensible system you can actually use: apply the current rules, train your staff, manage a case from intake to close, and reduce your district's risk while you do it.

Course Outcomes

    • Apply the reinstated 2020 Title IX regulations with clarity and consistency
    • Update your policies for harassment, athletics, pregnancy, and gender identity protections
    • Run a Title IX investigation using a clear, repeatable documentation process
    • Train staff to handle reports consistently and defensibly
    • Protect students while reducing your district's risk
    • Stay prepared as federal guidance continues to evolve
