William Repasky
William “Bill” Repasky, attorney at law, is a partner at Frost Brown Todd in Louisville, KY, with nearly 40 years of experience advising financial institutions on deposit operations, treasury management, electronic banking, cyber security, and data privacy. He has served as in-house counsel for a major bank and payments Acquirer and as outside counsel for community banks and credit unions. Bill is a former chair of his firm's banking litigation practice and a noted author and speaker on financial fraud. He holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School.
