Pat Libby
Pat Libby is a change management and executive search consultant to nonprofits and philanthropies. Pat has more than 25 years doing executive search. The sole proprietor of a woman-owned firm, nonprofits and philanthropies contract with Pat for executive search assignments because of her personal approach and track record: She has succeeded in each and every CEO/Executive Director and COO search she has conducted, with “success” defined as locating quality candidates who have thrived in their positions for a number of years. Approximately fifty percent of all candidates hired through Pat’s searches have been people of color and people who reflect under-represented individuals and communities.
