Our certification programs consist of multiple sessions. After you have completed all the sessions comprising a certification program, you’ll have the opportunity to take a certification exam. You can request your exam by emailing support@careerlearning.com

30 Day Exam Extension

Exams are to be taken within two months of purchasing a certification training course. If for any reason you are unable to take the certification exam within the first 30 days from your purchase, you may during that period request an exam extension by emailing us at support@careerlearning.com. Your first exam extension request within 30 days of purchase is FREE.

After the initial 30 days, you can extend your exam window with a nominal $55 exam extension fee.

Second Chances—Retake Insurance

If you do not pass your certification exam the first time you take it, you can repeat the exam a second or third time if necessary. There will be a charge of $80 each additional time you take the exam to cover administrative and processing costs. Email support@careerlearning for details.

This charge is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another attendee or used for a different training course other than the one at the time of purchase.
