Melissa Carleton
Melissa Carleton is an attorney at Bricker Graydon LLP and a senior consultant for INComplianceConsulting. As a lawyer, she works with colleges and universities across the country on matters relating to FERPA, student conduct, Title IX, accreditation, discrimination, and tenure issues. As a consultant, she conducts independent investigations, acts as a hearing officer, and conducts training workshops and implementation reviews relating to legal compliance. Melissa holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Music Education from The Ohio State University.
