Neil Trotta is a long-time faculty member and administrative leader. In his current role, he serves as Assistant Dean, School of Graduate Studies, MBA Program Director, and Associate Professor. His earlier leadership roles include Campus Director, Director of Continuing Education, and Dean for the Division of Accelerated and Professional Studies. He has also taught management and business-related courses at the graduate and undergraduate level in a variety of institutions. Dr. Trotta is highly skilled in preparing others to be leaders of transformation and change in a higher education setting.
