How to Comply with the Higher Education Title IX Record-Keeping Requirements

02-06-2025 1:00 PM EST.

The new Title IX regulations became effective on August 1, 2024. Title IX coordinators and other administrators need to understand the updated record-keeping requirements included in the regulations. Under the August Title IX changes, institutions must also maintain up-to-date training materials and make them available to the public upon request. The new record-keeping requirements are extremely important, especially when outside agencies audit your records to determine whether they are being maintained properly. Rick Verstegen, an expert school law attorney, will discuss the new Title IX record-keeping requirements at your school, as well as any related policies and procedures.
