        Excellent Course

As someone new to the HR role, this course was very informative. The information covered was just right. Not too overwhelming, yet very informative.

Training Good but everything else felt like an upsell.

The trainers and training itself was good - a good refresher course, nothing more. However, about the 2nd or 3rd day I realize that there is a test and they are trying to upsell me on a possible retake of the final test. I asked questions about the test, how long, what's the format, how long do I have to take it, what is involved etc. etc....None of those questions were answered. I paid for the live training and now I keep receiving emails about an upsell for the on-demand training. Still not sure what is going on with a "Test" but there is more upsell for products than actual training. I doubt I will do another course with this group.
