Training Overview

OSHA’s deadline for compliance is December 6! Learn how to balance legal uncertainty and looming deadlines.

Plus… Discover 12 tips for responding to employee complaints.

On November 5, OSHA released an Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) obliging certain employers to require COVID-19 vaccinations or testing. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit granted a nationwide stay of the ETS. The Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, based in Cincinnati, Ohio, will now consider the case.

The visibility of the ETS gives you an opportunity to discuss, introduce, implement, enhance, or edit your current vaccination policy and COVID-19 safety program. You need to be aware and prepared as things could change quickly. It is essential to plan how to implement employer obligations, educate employees, and respond to complaints. Fines for noncompliance are substantial.
